Signal 2602

With each passing day of BNSF, an AT&SF warbonnet , especially on the point, is harder and harder to come by. Nearly all consists are dominated by BNSF Heritage GEs, and they seem to be on all manner of freight, from Z trains, to manifest, to stack, to unit grain. Only in coal country in Wyoming and the mid-west will EMD locomotives prevail. This is completely opposite of rival UP, where they prefer GE on coal drags and EMD on priority freight. In this scene a westward stack is making its final lap into Winslow and a fresh crew change. Behind signal 2602 is APS's Cholla power plant at Joseph City.
